Description

• The ASPFieldServiceTech element is optional. If present the combination of FirstName, LastName and Email element values must match an existing customer. The FirstName and LastName elements are required.

Update: The ASP Field Service Tech will be updated if the the ASP Field Service Tech customer matches an existing customer and differs from the original ASP Field Service Tech. If the UpdateOnly setting is enabled and if no original ASP Field Service Tech is found, one cannot be added.
