Repository.Model.AddModel

Saves a new model in the repository.

Syntax

• AddModel( m AscModel )As Boolean

Parameters

m: The cModel to add.

Usage Example

Declare a new repository connection class.

       Private WithEvents MyRepository As New Repository

Connect to the Synthesis repository.

       Dim Success As Boolean = False
       Success = MyRepository.ConnectToRepository("RepositoryFileNamePath")

Declare a new model using an in-line parameter list. See cModel for additional details.

       Dim newModel As New cModel(ModelTypeEnum.Weibull2, ModelCategoryEnum.Reliability, "NewModel1", 1, 100)

Add model to the Current Project.

       Dim SuccessAddModel As Boolean = False
       SuccessAddModel = MyRepository.AddModel(newModel)
