Update

The Detail will be updated if the DetailDescriptionText, TargetDate, TargetUser, or CompletedBy element values are modified. The DetailDescriptionText element is required to have a value, the TargerUser and CompletedBy elements must contian a valid user if present, and the TargetDate and CompletedDate must contain a valid date if present.

Delete

The detail will be deleted if the DetailDescriptionData element has no child elements, or the DetailDescriptionText, TargetDate, TargetUser, CompletedDate, and CompletedBy elements are empty or not present.
