Standard Folio Three-Parameter Weibull Distribution

The three-parameter Weibull distribution includes the location parameter [math]\displaystyle{ \gamma }[/math]. This location parameter [math]\displaystyle{ \gamma }[/math], also referred to as the failure-free period, has the same units as the time variable and changes the starting point of the distribution to a point other than zero. A positive value of [math]\displaystyle{ \gamma }[/math] could represent a storage period while a negative value damage due to shipping or quiescent failure modes.
