<IncidentID />

Description

• The IncidentID element is required but the value is not.

• If the IncidentID element value matches an existing incident ID, the incident will not be imported.

• If the IncidentID element has a value that does not match an existing incident ID, the specified IncidentID element value will be used.

• If the IncidentID element value is empty, the next available incident ID for that entity will be used.

Update: The IncidentID must match an existing Incident.
