The part hierarchy serial number (HID) of the top level parent. This is used by RGA to distinguish the system's HID in that the failure occurred and in Weibull to distinguish the potentially different Top Level system HIDs in that the failure state (State FS) occurred. This property is equivalent to the part's parent's HID in an XFRACAS system.
