Description
- The DetailFailureModes element is required and must contain one or more DetailFailureMode elements.
- At least one DetailFailureMode element is required.
- The FailureId element is required. It must match an existing failure.
- The FailureDescription element is optional.
- The CauseId element is optional. If present, it must match an existing cause.
- The CauseDescription element is optional.
