Description
- The DetailDescriptionData element is required. It must contain a DetailDescriptionText element that has a value.
- The TargetDate and CompletedDate elements are optional If present they must contain a valid date.
- The TargetUser and CompletedBy elements are optional. If present they must contain a Login element whose value matches an existing user.
