Standard Folio Plot Reliability vs. Time |
The reliability vs. time plot is a linear representation of the reliability versus time. The plotted points represent the transformed times-to-failures data based on selected life-stress model at the use stress level you specified. The data are then reordered and plotted, along with the overall model solution of the life-stress model at the specified stress level. The plotted line shows values at the use stress level you specified. |
