Adds a failure time to the data set.
Syntax
.AddFailure(Value, NumberinGroup, ByRef Stress())
.AddFailure(Value, NumberinGroup, Stress1)
.AddFailure(Value, NumberinGroup, Stress1, Stress2)
Parameters
Value
- Required. Double. The exact time of failure.
NumberinGroup
- Required. Integer. The number of failed units at the time of failure.
Stress()
- Required. Object. An array of the numeric stress value or references to an added ALTAStressProfile object.
Stress1
- Required. Object. A numeric stress value or reference to an added ALTAStressProfile object.
Stress2
- Required. Object. A numeric stress values or reference to an added ALTAStressProfile object.
