Repository.Task.AddCorrectiveTask

Saves the corrective task in the repository. Returns True if successful, otherwise returns False.

Syntax

• AddCorrectiveTask( task As cCorrectiveTask) As Boolean

Parameters

task: The cCorrectiveTask to add.

Usage Example

Declare a new repository connection class.

       Private WithEvents MyRepository As New Repository

Connect to the Synthesis repository.

       Dim Success As Boolean = False
       Success = MyRepository.ConnectToRepository("RepositoryFileNamePath")

Declare a new cCorrectiveTask.

       Dim newCorrectiveTask As New cCorrectiveTask("NewCorrectiveTask1")

After creating the task, update the repository

       Dim SuccessAddCorrectiveTask As Boolean = False
       SuccessAddCorrectiveTask = MyRepository.AddCorrectiveTask(newCorrectiveTask)
