Short description.
The MIL-HDBK-217F standard (Reliability Prediction of Electronic Equipment) was published by the US Department of Defense in 1991. It provides reliability prediction models for electronic components in commercial and military applications. Lambda Predict supports both the part stress and parts count calculation methods defined in the prediction standard.

MIL-217 Predictions - Part Stress Analysis
