Electronic Engineer , graduated in 1986, actually work at the biggest Personal Computer manufacturer in Brazil, market leader since 7 years ago, I'm in charge of Engineering Dept leader in 88 technician employees. I already attend some RS training in company and I have a plan to build a internal engineers ratability team in our company next few years.
